Since she had some interest with HR, maybe she can consider the account/finance/marketing courses? I would recommend psychology but it would be better if she is familiar with biology.

It would still be acceptable if she had some knowledge of the science subjects (chemistry, biology and physics), but lacking chemistry and biology would lead to some serious difficulty in catching up with the core subjects of pharmacy.

Not to mention having the approval of the college to enter medical courses without any science background kinda reflects the college d.

Why not ask her to take a break, maybe do some part-time while thinking about it?
