you'll need september update as well, the updates only contain the updates for the month specified (eg october only has october's patches in)

Q: What's an update release?
A: Update releases are for updating the previous months release with the latest files found in the Full and Lite releases. They save a huge amount of time and bandwidth for us, our mirrors, and you! They are not designed to be used on their own!

fariz is correct. Each monthly release only has updates for that month only. So if you started off with an August full release, you would need September and October updates.

There's update version and full full version.

For update, is has to be previously patched with sept Auto patcher
For full, it can just be installed straightaway

Apparently for English, there's only update version.
