got a called from COO division just now. as usual they' say they're upgrading the lines and not throttling. They will have press conference which i dont believe at all. sigh...
2 days already i cant dl torrent at all... 0kbps. |

emailed by CRM... same bullshit, we dont throttle because we cant control peers connection, etc ,etc , etc

i was wondering, when you guys complaint to them about the p2p prob, whether by CFM or email them, when they call you and try to rectify the prob, did they ask for you loginid?
