wat u need to be ready is laywer fee for loan doc n stamping fee for it.
Fee for strata tittle transfer will pay after completion n for this u will be entitle for 50% discount.

Good lah u got the best view. Facing the 1st and only bangunan condong which so many OWN of that structure are proud of it.

as my info, so far only one is completed and V.P. project in putrajaya PR1MA @ presint 11 (pangsapuri kos sederhana rendah), was sold at price RM120K for build-up size 800ft. u can try google it the quality seem not bad. with basic facilities (surau, dewan, securities guard...)
