I'm not sure if I managed to secure one unit or not. still pending for DBKL approval and once approved then only can go for balloting.

I'm not really sure why but that's the procedure for other DBKL RUMAWIP project. I guess that DBKL set it that way.

actually, i went to 2 developers. both also had same conditions.

faber vista (sinerjuta) for this development and pandanmas1 and 2 (All had satha & co as their firm)

skyawani development (sold out with 300 waiting list) (cant remember the lawyer firm)

15k is a bit steep actually, and the next 15k is also required once the unit is allocated to you (SNP stage).

after SNP, then can go withdraw EPF.

To secure your booking lor. otherwise How to confirm you are genuine buyer or not...

Like other developer,sometimes they want RM5K, some even RM1k etc...

Just in case u forgotten, apart from the 10%, u still need to pay legal fees, may be below RM 5k.... informing you now so u could budget the extras too...

Lawyer fee for spa is by developer.
wat u need to be ready is laywer fee for loan doc n stamping fee for it.
Fee for strata tittle transfer will pay after completion n for this u will be entitle for 50% discount.

For certain project rumawip, i heard we can get 100% loan. anyone here got 100%?

Ppl buy rumawip because of affordabilty .now hv to fork out 10% + other cost ..

developer need someone whp wact fo rthem and collect the money 1st as veloper cant do it as the permit is perhaps not approved yet for adv and monetary collection hence lawaer played a part.

This place is so near LRT. take LRT no jammed.
