Hi guys,

There's a new project by Faber Vista with selling price of 300k by DBKL under RUMAWIP scheme. Another project in Sentul other than Sky Awani.

Here is the problem:

I am required to prepare a RM15k cheque under lawyer name: Satha & Co.

The problem is, the agent refuse to give me the receipt upon receiving the cheque and the reason is because the cheque is under lawyer's name.
I do receive a copy of stakeholder form with me. He told me that the lawyer will issue the receipt in a month time.

So is it safe for me to hand the cheque to the agent without receive any receipt?

This project havent launch yet right? Do the stakeholder form have information of house location u bought such as GPS location, House name, the house sqft and so on?

Faber Vista not at pandanmas?

The 15k seems same type of method used for sky awani as well

Ask the lawyer to give you receipt, if they can't issue then. Ask for acknowledgment receipt (with photocopy of your cheque)

aside Pandanmas and Pandanmas 2, they have another project at sentul as well.

thanks for your advise. I already paid RM 15k to the lawyer and received the acknowledgement with photocopy of the cheque from Faber Vista

Just pay a visit to the lawyer firm before u issue the cheque.

good for you. As this project is less than 400 units. locationwise is really good. next to LRT station. Already fully sold aprt from bumi units

yeah the agent said only have 350 unit for this project. I'm bumi so managed to get my unit and if IINM bumi unit will finish soon.

locationwise not bad, near to UTC and LRT too.

if u r bumi, then pandanmas 2 still have units available. tat place 1920 units but location is good , but without LRT link

I prefer sentul as I currently live in Sentul and near to Mahameru and DUKE. I heard kampung pandan area quite jammed in the morning.

Project fully sold apart from bumi units...... Same developer as parkhill bukit jalil. If u need the agent contact let me know

i actually passed the 15k cheque last week.

last 3 bumi lots as of Friday, May 8th

very general date, no specifics. by august for the balloting.

I proceed with handing over 15k to the lawyer after knowing that the same lawyer firm is responsible for Pandanmas project and the project is currently in progress.
