No need to think about it. Once u sign the contract u fell into celcom's trap. Just spread the word on social media about their unscrupulous way of doing business. It happen to me also I subscribed to celcom wireless broadband for rm138. Need to pay device upfront charge for rm200 , rm100 registration fee and package upfront charge rm40 total rm340.After 1 month wanted to terminate because service not satisfactory. Call to customer service to enquire about cooling period. CS said only 7days. If want to terminate need to pay rm200 penalty. I ask for what I don't owe celcom anything and I paid for upfront charge for the device. CS said sorry u signed the contract.
