This is my first time posting here.
I think I'm suffering from anxiety and would like to seek for your kind assistance.. Below are some of my problems:
1. I feel anxiety all the time, especially during work and at home.
2. Sometimes I feel anxious over nothing, I don't know what I'm afraid of, I just had that feeling keep crawling around me.
3. I gets angry easily, small joke can be a big landmine for me.
4. A lot of work related problem like own business, dealing with supplier, etc.
5. Not much real friends, as I've been busy focusing on my career, leading to a very lonely life.
6. Gerd problem / acid reflux. Due to stress.
7. I will get stressed up easily especially when there's something that is out of my control. I do not know whether I can solve that problem and will keep on thinking of it, magnifying the problem.
8. I think I'm at the edge of getting explode. Anyone with a lame joke might trigger my time bomb. Oh yes, I am a very emotional person. I gets angry easily, gets happy easily, touched easily, and a very determined person as well. But over the time, I have been controlling my temper but right now I think I'm close to losing control due to my work.
And now I guess my anxiety level is growing real fast, I do have a relative who has anxiety / mental problem. I do not want to be like her and would like to seek for a cure. Cure as in not medical temporary relieve but something that is more natural, and permanent.
Right now, I do not earn big chunks of money, so I have a very limited budget to visits private psychiatrist.
So dear readers, please feel free to share your advice and some know-hows to deal with my problems..
