Sources close to the redevelopment project tell me fully fledged paper plans exist showing a new, improved Stamford Bridge on the existing site—though you won’t hear that from the club itself.

But I’m told there is a confidence within the club, following changes to planning legislation, that the requisite permissions can be secured within the season—perhaps even by the end of 2015.

I think we got more than enough headroom to comply with FFP next season. Especially when the Yokohama deal kick in, can easily pay for Griezmann and Koke. Maybe send Filipe back to sweeten the deal. Then we all set. Bring in some youth as backup and see how far we can go in UCL.

yes, Matic also plays a big role, but defense works as a team and JT is the captain that holds the line together.

in the era of FFP, Chelsea cant spend like they used to. now we are looking to maximize value and resources. if we are going to sign Koke and Griezmann as well, Godin's fee will rack up the bill even higher.
