cech will be a upgrade almost everywhere he goes.
Szczesny too many problems, not discipline enough and makes bad decisions. Arsenal needs to shore up def, so goalkeeper is a place to start.
but i really hope cech dont go to Arsenal. can sell him to PSG or somewhere else.

don't think we need to sell Oscar also. if we need to buy someone, we have enough FFP leeway to buy also.
and so far i think other than Fabregas, Oscar clicks well with Hazard when we in the opponent's final 3rd.
