Yep, I don't like him personally but he's a very good player. Just don't think he's as good as some Chelsea fans claim, far from it. He just happens to be playing for the most organized defensively team in the world. You're right in that he's a great captain, just don't see him as that great a player. Put him in say, QPR and he'll turn into the new Rio.
What is it anyways with you Chelsea fans and your obsession with youth? You're not United, you should know better than most what Chelsea does to youth. Nothing against the system, but with the current players and whoever Mourinho brings in they just hardly stand a chance. Unless they're Matic. Oh wait.

Yeah. I don't think it's necessarily a problem with the youth policy in fact. Just that Mourinho doesn't like taking much risk, and Chelsea is a club competing on the highest level every season. So the youth players would have to either be something special like Courtouis, or willing to work hard to improve like Matic has done.
That said, we could use another loan or two next season here at Everton. Atsu doesn't seem to be working out, maybe your young striker?
