I think we got more than enough headroom to comply with FFP next season. Especially when the Yokohama deal kick in, can easily pay for Griezmann and Koke. Maybe send Filipe back to sweeten the deal. Then we all set. Bring in some youth as backup and see how far we can go in UCL.

Btw, Muto decided to join Mainz instead of us. So much for signing a Japanese player lol. Can't blame him if he wants 1st team football.

Sad Muto, we can grow our SEA fanbase with Yokohama sponsorship coming in summore. Be backup 1-2 years win BPL, then can go play First XI. First team, he can go anywhere... he is still young.

well, later he end up rotting on our bench and just becoming a mascot for Japanese market.
cant blame him if he wants to focus on his career. who knows later he make 20 or 30 goals a season, we still can go pick him up brows.gif

So Danny Ings are available on free transfer end of this season.

Why dont we sign him since he is an English striker, which is a rare species these days.

I think he is not a bad choice for a third choice striker, heck he can even replace Remy if remy leaves, he and bamford can be our back up for costa, no? hmm.gif

even if we are interested, i doubt he will want to choose us. the pressure to break into first team is too high. he'll end up rotting on the bench.
we have our own English striker to sit in as 3rd choice in Solanke or Bamford. so Danny Ings not necessary for me.

maybe a team like Southampton would sign him instead tho.

dont mean any offense by that..
but no UCL, not much cash, no stevie g to attract players also hard la.
only solution is to buy them young and cheap, ride them hard, and hope a few can perform and rise above the rest.
