hey bro,you misunderstood it la....monster tune is the distributor for rschip in asia....it is totally a real dyno before chipping and after chipping dyno.....maybe the hp and torque gained is too good to be true til you sounded me wrongly....anyhow,the below photos is a completely stock estima and the dyno is done locally to prove that your statement is so wrong...

came with OBDII male female connector socket,so there is no wire touching on the original OBDII port wiring

Definitely wont trigger the engine check light as the mapping and parameters are stored in the RAM of the ECU,not ROM
