You must have been very piss off after you have packed your items nicely and ready to COD. Numerous cases have been reported with tourists being beaten by shop owner after agreeing with the price but back off by tourists at the last minutes. I am sure you will not do this.

Seriously, what do you want from funnyman?

1. A difference in money value of what he has agreed to paid and what you have actually sold?
2. A public apology from him?
3. A 10 course dinner?
4. or your just want to voice your displeasure?

dear all,

as seen and provided by 'kev' the so labelled VIP.

i had send him a message at 12.17 and our appointment is supposely to be 1.00pm at Mc D in SS2.

'kev the cry baby' also told me that he is unable to meet me in amcorp mall as per my request but only in SS2 because he is in that area. so what effort he made to meet me in SS2 since he is around there?

so what rubbies is all this crying around everywhere in the forum for?

as a buyer, it is also my right whether i want to buy from him or not and at the same time it is also his right whether he wants to sell it to me or not.

i think as a buyer, i have done my part of informing him earlier rather than not turning up.

and at the same time, i dont think it is fair for 'kev the cry baby' going around tarnishing my name.

so 'kev the cry baby' lets make friends not enemy.

let me buy you a drink as offered and forget about the whole unfriendly issue.

what do you say?

regards,

sam

Yes, but don't forget it was a bidding system. You're lucky this is LowYat.net, if you screw a bidding sale on lelong I don't think you'd even be so joyful to call people names.

Go read up about the bidding system first, you don't just poke in and bid for something and then pull off, simply because you're not allowed to.

agreed.. he put it up for rm300... but you simply cut in and quick-grabbed it for rm600.. thats double of what he started the bid at, and you disrupted the bidding process.. its obviously upsetting to lose that kind of a deal..

dear blinky & zx12,

yes, i agreed with your comment about my inappropriate handling manner in the case of bidding.

i had offered my sincere apologies and even invited kev to meet despite pulling out from the sales to apologize to him personally and see how i could help in his sales. (as my last sms to him - as above)

despite being friendly and offered my apology, what else do you want from me? pay kev some token for pulling out? yes, i was willing to do so and that is why i am prepared to meet him.

but instead of meeting me in person, doing what he does now doesnt warrant my respect at all.

that's all i want to say about this matter.

thanks

sam

for your information, kev did not even PM me about he started this topic here.

isnt it only fair that i should be inform about this topic?

i got to know that kev is smearing my name and reputation in the forum from another seller ..

and dear moderator, is this fair?

wouldnt you (the moderator) consider about closing this topic for kev failing to inform me?

regards,

sam

As a WINNING BIDDER, you must BUY that thing because you have 'SIGNED' a contractual clause that every winning bid must be adhered at ALL COST.

It's not fair to the seller because you have distrupted his sales..Why you offered him RM600 for the iPaq at the first place? If dun have the cash then you should not entered the bidding process shakehead.gif

Luckily you apologised for making mistakes but it still inconsiderate cause you have 'played' the seller's mind...Luckily you won the BID in LYN; if in Lelong the mod should have banned you already..

Hope this dispute be settled quickly..biggrin.gif

You still don't understand, do you? Apologizing is nice and sweet, I respect you for that. But failing to adhere to your winning bid is stamping a "shame" mark on your forehead. Winning a bid but not honouring it is unlawful, I hope you were aware of that.

What you offered about a cup of coffee or any sort of compensation does not change the fact that you ruined an auction. You could even buy him a Ferrari, but the fact still remains that you screwed up.
