Anyone facing high mobile data usage on whatsapp?

This 2 days my whatsapp consumed nearly 2gb of mobile data!!

I check data sense.. Total this month as of now took 2.6gb... Whereby my monthly average is around 300-400mb only.

Is the backup eating my my data?

Nope, its all set as Never.

Just 10mins interval... Now it takes another like 50mb of data.. Walao..

Bravo... The earlier data usage at 704pm was 1.79gb... Now its 2.96gb... Speechless...

After waiting for 30days, at last my new battery arrived from China.

I bought bundle with tools to open the phone and quite easy.

So far so good with my new battery. No more sudden shutdown "Battery Critically Low" message

when surfing for several minutes or use camera.

Is it worth getting a 1520 now (as a backup phone), or is there another upcoming and more powerful wp worth waiting for?

it's still the best flagship among all lumia
even if Microsoft release new flagship, I believe 1520 can still be a pretty decent mid range lumia

I left my data on overnight and this happened.

Anyone has any idea what this 'restore data' is?

I didn't set my phone to restore or backup anything.  Usually if backup also backup app settings only. 

WP won't backup the whole app right?  And i already set my photo backup to 'wifi only'.

If it is restore, I didn't notice anything restored on my phone too.

I m now using Celcom First38 plan. I set the phone data highest LTE but only get E only. But if change to 3G, it can go up to H+. Wonder if anyone have this issue? This is phone problem or Celcom problem? Ask the customer services, they don't know what to answer me.

Aiyo. Pening. It is the only telco that can work on my hometown.

I went to their customer service to double confirm but the response is not so friendly. They need to improve their customer services training. Need to find a real LTE area to test it kao kao. Now using 3G to get stable connection.

No problem here with Celcom First 38 in B.B. Bangi and Subang Jaya area. I can get LTE in both areas.

I love my Lumia.... Great phone with minimal issues.... Main issue is the lack of proper app support!!!!!!! Garhhh...

Now I'm forced to get an android because of the lack of apps and updates... But looking at G4 and S6, only now they get features such as double tap , wireless charging? Who cares about fast charging when my Lumia lasts as whole day plus more...

The only advantages s6 and g4 has is a better camera, and a smaller profile. Ya 1520 a bit too big for my pockets...

Really disappointed in the android market now in terms of hardware features... Come on, our lumias is 2 years old but still on par!

If only app developers treat windows app the same... Sigh...

Yo! From Sandakan ah bro? Like very hard to find Lumia users in Sabah hahaha. Anyway I agree on your points, 1520 almost 2 years old & have all those stuff Android & iPhone only catching up to now. Sadly Microsoft haven't innovated since then so rest of market is now caught up. Hope they really innovate again with the new upcoming phones
From what I've heard, Android app devs don't give a crap bout it. Have to wait & see lah.
