PosLaju didn't update parcel's details?, So frustrated...!

I got a friend who said that she send a package to me yesterday, hopefully by today it would be delivered.
but the problem is, when I check my delivery status at PosLaju site just now, it said Record Not Found... how come PosLaju didn't update the delivery status for the package to be delivered. Can't they work more accurate? |
