need advice, coming out from parking in kopitiam, accidentally scratched a stationary car opposite road side. initially i agreed to pay for the repair as it was just scratches, in which body 'n paint quoted around 500-600. but owner now wants me to pay rm1200 for everything. what to do ah? should i report police, more than 24 hours.
