loui i made a report, guy from left come into my right lane on hiway , couldnt stop im time and hit him

I made report, give only his first name and phone no, police check not his car and call him likely he will get saman,

Forgot to include his identification card in report, just worry if they make report they change driver to owner, should i ammend or just leave it to claime 3rd party insurance
