guys. can someone help me clarify this.
my car was rammed from the back by another car, which workshop says my car a total loss. i want to claim OD-KFK but the car that rammed me has an expired insurance so workshop says i have to claim from my insurance, which will affect NCD. what options do i have now?

QUOTE(loui @ Jan 4 2018, 11:34 AM) pretty much that is your only choice OD-KFK can only be done if the other party is a m/car with comprehensive policy the only choice to avoid losing NCD is TPPD but it involve adjuster evaluation, lawyer, court process, and no guarantee the other party is financially capable to pay the court judgement damn this is what i was afraid of. thanks anyway. i dont think that other party has the capability to pay also.

QUOTE(Ron2828 @ Jan 4 2018, 01:55 PM) So that guy just got away scot free because no insurance? It is so unfair to TS that is what i'm currently feeling too. i lost a car and my ncd for nothing.

QUOTE(loui @ Jan 8 2018, 09:54 AM) nothing happen will just go down with the car upon declaring total loss, only the physical car belongs to the insurance company if you wish to transfer to the plate number to a new vehicle, see below https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2565825http://www.jpj.gov.my/web/eng/vehicle-licensingtqvm
