Hi loui , need ur advise!
On January, way back to jb from kl highway, toxliner bus side mirror fall down and my car hit it. bmw less than a year NCD -55% ,car tow to kl panel to fix since can’t drive at all.
both police report done, keputusan all done, bus driver fault. dash cam evidence all got.

I don’t have knowledge about TPPD claim until I read ur tread. bmw staff do it under OD. would like to ask is there anyway I can save my NCD? can I ask Allianz for OD no fault? or can I claim etiqa for my NCD loss?
