I got banged by Hilux from behind. Go back to VW workshop and still pending alot of documents. Questions:
1.) How long does the keputusan can come out from provided all had made report. And normally who can we contact to check the status?
2.) Work shop mentioned if need repair fast, normally will proceed to claim own insurance first, then later when keputusan out, will claim the other driver
3.) Car that age more than 5 years does not eligible for full spare part change. Insurance agent ask me to pay 15 to 25% of the original spare parts price. Insurance will cover full if not using original spare parts. What!!!
4.) If claim my insurance, my NCD will be affected. But after confirmed is another driver fault, my NCD will remained unchanged. But how long will this take place?
5.) I wanna claim car compensation, but my insurance agent refuse to do it for me and request me to do myself at opposite insurance. Normally once all documents provided, how long does this take effect and getting the compensation back?
6.) The runner said they will provide the copies of Keputusan & Polis reports. But does not mention about the insurance adjuster report, repairing cost and items.... who can I get this documents?
