Hi TS,
If the owner of the car has an expired license, but the son who was driving the car has a valid license, any issue with insurance claim? FYI the policy covers "all drivers" |

With comprehensive coverage, under what scenario will the driver be liable to pay for any bodily injury claim by a 3rd party.
This is assuming the driver was found to have caused the accident. How would one refute the claim as well, or do we just let insurance pay if they can cover it? |
