Last time my sis car kena bang, there is a tow truck guy approach to help, luckily I reached and rejected him then his attitude like shit. I called the insurance tow service, when the insurance tow guy come, I saw he pay RM50-100 to that guy. And then go to balai police report, I saw he pay RM20 to the officer who take the photo of car.
This world too dark, a lot unspoken rules.
