I knocked a dog today and unfortunately the dog couldn't survive.. I didn't take any picture during the incident .. it knocked my bumper and need for a replacement.. so can I proceed to claim under own damage ? And what should I do? I don't have any incident picture and polis report ..

But i forgot to take the picture during the incident as i was too sad and immediately bury the dog, will that affecting the claim process like rejecting by the insurance company?

Appreciate if anyone can give some advice to me:-
1. Someone "kissed" my behind and i have already made a report, but the person who bang me didnt make any report, will it affected the accident "keputusan" result? since i am going to claim under OD knock-for-knock.
2. How long do i have to wait for the keputusan from the Sargent and whether i should keep approach the Sargent for the update?
3. I have already furnished those accidents pictures to the Sargent, will that help to speed up the process?
4. My car dmg is very minimal but require to touch up and maybe respray the bumper also replace the clips, will that affect my claim since the cost is not more than RM500 i guess.
5. Can i send my car to workshop now and tell them to claim under OD KFK while waiting for the keputusan?

Hello Guys,

Just got involved in an accident with motorcycle, I got video showing that the wrong side is at the cyclist. Police report made, now waiting for keputusan. However, the accident happened in other state, and now I already back to my home town. Just wondering if I can get the report from my home town police station, is their system link?

Also, if let say the motorcyclist didn't report, can I still claim tppd? Or Od-kfk? How's the process work ya?
