over the weekend got into accident, car is in the workshop and planning to claim own insurance since I knock into someone, the workshop ask for this documents before they can start work

Pending documents
1. Accident scene photo
2. Insurance policy
3. Grant
4. Owner's IC and License
5. Driver's IC and License
6. Police report
7. Sign forms

I was under the impression the insurance will give most of it but it is for the owner to do it. Oof

Anybody claim under etiqa app before? Thanks.

I send mine to panel, i just realise. The panel ask me those document once submitted then i got SMS telling me claim underway.
