Really appreciate for guiding / replying me. Do you know how long I need to wait until court will issue subpoena to attend hearing?

Unfortunately I don’t have evidence (dashcam), the photo also is just the damage part. In the police statement it is between my words against the 3rd party, and the police side the 3rd party story.

Also want to ask, my wife is in the car with me. Can my wife be my witness or usually is just me to explain myself to the judge? Thanks!
