i'm not happy with the police decision. After explaining to him, he told me is still my fault. Is the police always the final decision saying?
Situation: A car knock into my car 30sec later after I cut into the lane. The best part is the driver steer to the right to knock my car making it look that I am at fault. I'm pissed. |

Do anyone know how can I dispute my police saman to court, like what are the procedures?
My insurance (Zurich) is not being helpful at all, hope LYNers can help me here. |
