Hi guys, my wife's car kena bang from behind by fdpanda rider, the rider then slide and bang another car (C2) that park illegally on the side of the road (park atas line kuning). Since C2 ask fp rider to pay him 1.5k for the damage, even though he is clearly at fault too, the rider decided to lodge a police report.

At balai, the sergeant told my wife she cant claim atas fp insurance since its a motorcycle insurance. Now who's gonna bare the cost to fix my wife's car? Sorry a bit noob about this things
