i want to ask something

yesterday evening i got hit by car in rightmost lane when the car in rightmost lane want to go straight rather than turn right at the junction near batu tiga federal highway

can i ask something below?

Selamat pagi, saya ingin sertakan foto kereta selepas kemalangan dalam nombor report polis: TRAFIK SHAH ALAM/(redated) seperti di bawah

Kereta (redated) jenis toyota avanza hanya tercalar di sisi kanan dekat pintu sisi belakang

Kereta lain jenis toyota estima ada sikit rosak bumper

Tapi semalan saya dah transfer 1000 ringgit kat dia punya bank account

Boleh saya tanya, boleh polis hubungi dia untuk membuat report juga sebab saya rasa 1000 ringgit mungkin tak cukup untuk baiki dia punya bumper dan juga terlalu banyak kalau settle luar. Sebab itu Keluarga saya saran saya membuat repot polis semalam

he quoted from workshop that should be below 1000. i previously agreed with him that he should refund excess to me


but after asking my family afterwards with video evidences, my family deducted that I am NOT IN FAULT.
suggest me to take back money or 50/50 tanggung if possible


if it okay to ask him to tanggung 50/50, means i let her spend at most rm500, the remaining rm500 should be refund to me.

he is definitely not going police report and claim insurance from neither me or him

since bank instant transfer happens immediately, it is very hard to force him take back money unless I lodge another polis repot separately ( i called bank and bank asked me to do so before can process further)
