The car I drive is not under my name so the insurance also not under my name, can I still claim insurance in an accident?

Want to ask something,

If the car that you own is an old car, I mean like Proton Waja, Proton Persona (older version), when you involved in accident and they declared it as total lost, but you still have loan with the bank,

Does the insurance company can pay you the money back same like what you loaned with the bank?

Hi guys, need some advice. Today I got into a minor accident. A bike hit my car from the rear (side, near the rear wheel). Rear light broken, plus some scratches. The rider agreed to pay for repairs (gave me his h/p number). I have not go to workshop to repair the damage yet.

Should I make a police report just in-case the rider changed his mind?

Sum car did a dangerous cut in to my lane & i honk him & he purposely hit my car on the right side and sped away, recorded a video of him tryin to run away & refuse to stop..

Reported to sarjan & he say he tink tis is under kes jenayah & wait for his call.. juz wana noe wat shud i do with the damage? Can claim his insurance?
