Asking on behalf of a family member,

The car was hit from behind by another car,

Police report made,

It is then passed to a runner to help us out,

Just wondering, when we claim the other person insurance in our situation, that’s considered as tppd right?

Now, the damage is quite bad and needs quite some time, how do we initiate loss of use claim?

Can any sifu help
