Hi Loui. Need your help on my case. My motorcycle recently got into an accident with another motorcyclist. The problem is my friend who is riding the bike did not have driving license. I would like to know whether the third party will be able to claim my insurance or not? I know own damage claim is out of the equation. Thanks
