Combination of your fav "diet" food , repeating the same food with the same taste can be boring
Let's share some of your "unique" combination , cooking method or just anything to do with food that you think common people wouldnt have done it

Eggs in microwave , easiest 25g protein eva (i take 4 whole)
Peanuts butter with carbs(let it be oats , bread , rice even porridge , all works sooooooo damn good for me , peanut butter ftw)
Cooking vege in rice cooker , especially long bean , its soooo convenient
I have tried blending whole meal(rice and meat) and try to drink it , worse experience in ma life
CHILLI SAUCE WITH BREAD(when im peanut butter od-ed or finished hahahaha)

P's , i have this ang moh friend , she gave me this weird stare when i put soy sauce to my eggs , apparent to them its "weird" to do that lol
