Back then during primary school time I wear ahpek singlet inside. Dunno why, just because mother prepared it, so I Mah wear la.

Fast forward to college time and working my first job, no wear, because thought that is the supposed way to wear a shirt and singlet is too old styled.

About 5-6 years back when compression suits starts to come up in the market, I bought and wear underneath the shirt. Feels good yo. Helo me cover my flabs abit. Konon2 perasan buff. Keep me warm in cold office. But compression shirts a bit thick so when go out of office I sweat. Not syiok liao

Then 2 yrs back uniqlo came with their apanama airism undershirts. Thinner and lighter with less stripes unlike those compression shirts. Feels like wearing ah pek singlet chap pagoda all over again! To date I have more than 10 airism shirts and I wear it everyday. Doesn't hide my flabs but it does make me feel comfortable. And yeah less ticklish since the outside work shirt no longer touches my sensitive nipples.
