How many sim cards can register under one name, as per title

Hi,
Last year when I try to buy a digi prepaid, and the shop requests for my IC for registration. Then the shop lady after checking say my quota in digi is full already, maximum two numbers only for each person under each telco. So I ask her do they have hotlink and they have, and thus registered. So my question, is there such thing as a person can only register two numbers under one telco? thanks |

not sure
currently i've 2 digi.. 1 postpaid 1 prepaid is it max already? cause i'm planning to get another digi prepaid my area digi is very gooding |
