Can the cloth be removed for cleaning?

It can't be removed but any stains or dirt can be easily cleaned with a wet cloth.

Can COD?

Very sorry, COD is not possible because of the size. We only ship out via courier from our warehouse, if you wish to do self pickup, you will need to have at least a Estima, Hilux or Livina, etc.
