This terrace project is actually a really good deal. The staffs also said the price is below market price. Where else can you get a freehold landed double storey for 500-600k in cyberjaya.

The next reasonable price range is ceria residence 700-900k, other than that, everything else is 1m+.

Haha yup, I got the 22x70. I was the 5th person queuing there at 7am during special preview.

The condition was set by Cyberview initially. Actually there are other sticker conditions that were removed.

1. Owner can't rent out to anyone within 6 years.
2. Owner must stay in the house for 6 years.
3. Only those who work in Cyberjaya are eligible to purchase.

All these conditions are to encourage more people to stay in Cyberjaya as one of cyberview long term target, to increase its population. They don't simply impose rules without reasons.

I have no complain so far as I expected those legal and mot fees already because before the soft launch I asked these information already.

Furthermore, we are getting this piece of gem way below market price.

Know it long since 2013 when Cyberview unveiled it's development plan during groundbreaking ceremony. Since then this became my primary target.

Mostly just empty land around it right now and i'm not sure what future project will be.
