Pwo or fat burner

Getting Started

|
As above mentioned , assuming both are stim and shredding is the goal , which one would you pick ? (Disregard stacking a stim and non stim , cause damn expensive) (I'm indecisive of which to buy cause I'm damn broke and can only further afford either one besides than my whey,crea,amino,fish oil and foods)
Btw anyone here tried ec stack ? If you do , mind sharing the experience ?
Also , anyone here is dmaa user ?

Both are not necessary. If you can't afford just don't buy. No harm to your training.

To clarify , i think i got my macros and diet quite sorted out . So thanks on that part .
Im getting either one of those for the caffeine , just wondering which one has priority over another .

Want to shred? You don't really need any fat burner or anything. Fat burners may help but not required. If you're on a budget, priority should go to a good multivitamin, fish oil, and protein. In the order given. Find your base metabolic rate, and adjust your diet and macros accordingly, and you should see your bf% go down. Discipline and consistency is key here. Good luck

OP, I suggest you try a PWO first and see what results you get. Then after a properly scheduled stim break of between 2-4 weeks go for a fat burner and see how that works out.
I've noticed that some stimulant ingredients may appear in both PWOs and fat burners but the profiles are not completely similar.
Read the labels carefully before you try and know what you are ingesting. This way, coupled with your own experience of the product, you will know exactly what does and does not work for your goals.

speaking from personal experience: - i have tried PWO (muscletech) - i have tried Hydroxycut Elite (muscletech) and quadra lean. - conclusion, go for PWO, definitely gives you more kick than thermogenics, and also.. fat burners are useless.
