just called maybank cs. they said they will not allow/unblock debit card to make purchase at steam.
kalau credit card, baru boleh.

starting a new game always give me error. so i cant get a card for that
it has been two days, but im not getting card by literally playing the game. the only way im getting a card is by joining my friends game  |
