But I feel that they can add rule that when someone sell that game card in market, they are no longer allowed to get refund for that game anymore.
I think there will be heavy hit on early access game. Ppl will use it to try the game then refund for it as those are alpha stage.
Dunno how they gonna trace when there is freeplay weekend which make your play hours more than 2 hours.
even if its over 2 hours of play time, you still can submit a refund request. Steam say they will review it on a case by case basis.. but knowing Steam, dono how long that will take
about the card problem, yeah might be a loophole. they can buy the game, farm it with program for cards, sell it and refund. maybe buy the game again and farm again

when u ask for refund for a game in Steam does it give you back the price you bought during sales? or after sales? means is it exactly the same price as when you bought it? or could be different? hmm.. planning to ask for refund for one of my games.
i just got my refund for my Crysis Maximum Bundle. they refunding the exact same price when i got during sales. as in how much i paid for it, is how much i get refunded.
