By the way, how much does the custom enclousures and all that cost? For example, the cost of making it like the photo the threadstart post would cost how much? I'm thinking of modifying mine as well...

oh yea, i just found out there is a faulty happening to my woofer lately.
Only happened recently. When I'm driving or with engine starts, there is a 'whooming's sound produce from the woofer. I muted the HU, and can listen to it clearly. It doesn't really cause anything since I'm always with high volume and cant hear the sound.

I tried a moment ago, when I start engine, I can feel the vibration that produce the sound from the subwoofer. however, when I turn off the engine but HU running (and so the rest of ICE system), I don't feel the vibration from Woofer. Any sifus noe anything wrong here?
