Cannot use credit card. They issued invitation by batch (maybe weekly). Make sure you guys be there by 8am. If possible earlier to q or get number. Units will be based 1st come 1st serve basis.

The week I received the invitation, I came at 830am my number was 2+. Allowed to go in to choose my unit almost 11am. Imagine your number 40 or 50. Huhu.

Tak cukup kerusi nak duduk + panas lagi.

Deposit boleh bayar pakai cheque.

Yang datang dalam 100 org. Maybe lebih. Datang je awal. Lepas amek no. boleh breakfast or tgk show unit.

Lepas pilih unit bayar deposit & sign letter of acceptance. Klu dah dapat surat dari LPHS, minta sign & cop dari developer nanti boleh terus pos bagi LPHS.

Loan kena apply dalam masa 14 hari. Klu lambat or tak lulus unit yg kita booked akan open balik kat org lain. Deposit dapat balik.

Sales gallery kat belah kiri lepas main entrance. In between shoplots & surau.

Rumah bawah memang boleh pilih, tapi sape cepat dia dapat. Aritu pun dah banyak yg taken.

Approval will be based on ur debt servicing ratio. I suppose every bank got their own max allowable DSR threshold.

For this project, got a list of panel banks which I believe will expedite the process.
