u may ask your friend where the iPhone bought from ? Apple online store ? Telco set ? or even kedai biasa... Just bring it back the place u bought it.... If curi one, better return to the owner

I've claimed warranty a couple of times from Machines Northpoint and each time did not produce the receipt. They will just verify it online.

Yes as long as you have an active valid warranty, you can go to any Apple Authorised service center to check and diagnose your device, and if it has any manufacturer defect then you can claim it..

You can check your warranty here

Thanks for the information, do I need to register the warranty or the warranty has already been registered by the seller as per the purchase date?

the warranty only starts on the day you activate your device (setting up the device as first time use, connecting to WiFi and run through the first time setup process).. no registration needed..
