I'm an Agoda member too and lucky for me, the Visa Wednesday deal is still slightly cheaper after the 10% discount. 
Actually 10% is a good deal. 
The insider deal sometimes just give RM10-20 lower than the normal price. Also if you have Visa Infinite, that's 5x points for you.
