I'm not sure if this has been posted by anyone else, but www.agoda.com/maybank 7% discount for Maybank card holders promotion is no longer valid. I now go through www.agoda.com/malaysiaairlines to earn Enrich Miles instead when booking hotels.

So guys, I received a ridiculous letter from Maybank about 2 weeks ago telling me that I am not entitled to earn TreatPoints just because I went on a shopping spree using my AMEX card.
I am seriously disappointed with Maybank. Anyone else received such stupid letter from Maybank?

What should I do??

Btw, I am not making any illegal purchase or making any unlawful transaction or reselling the items I purchased.

Take this as an example...
If I have 4 cars at home and decided to go petrol station and pay using my AMEX, can Maybank tell me I cannot use my card?

yeah, not about how many times per week. but it's about the value you swiped for each transaction. because i swiped more than 4-6 times per week also no problem.

Hi. I received a called from 03-20246688 and the guy had all my personal information but he request my mother maiden name as the password for the credit card.
May I know anyone received similar calls before? Is this a scam? Thanks in advance.

After the conversation ended, he message me to sent(whatsapp) him the payable slip asap. After that i feel curios because the message shown ___@unitedteleservice.com Not from Maybank email address..

Yes.. I contact Maybank customer service and they replied me cant do anything unless the card completed.
another problem is since he had my mother maiden name and personal info so i dunno what he will do using my personal info..

you better check your credit report from bnm after few weeks later just to make sure whether you have any loan(s) or credit card(s) attached to your name but not applied by you. then make a police report and call the bank(s) involved to terminate those loan(s) or credit card(s) using the police report as a proof.
