anyone has auto-billing with advance payment problem?

i've enable the autobilling for my streamyx account, so i have made a payment on 6-June (for amex 5% weekend), but then the autobilling payment from TM doesn't check whether there's excessive payment in the account, and billed to me another RM150 to my amex card on 13-June... so that consider double payment already...

i remember last time i did the same, and it doesn't trigger the auto-billing one... so i wonder if there's a cut-off date like 2-3 weeks before?

When is your billing date? Pay before that then it will reflect in your bill and therefore your bill would be negative or less depend on your paid amount. If negative, no payment would be made therefore wouldn't initiate your autodebit.

Do take note that it will take about 2 working days to reflect the payment so don't do it too close to billing date.

Can I remove and then add back favourite biller and pay bill after that?

I have added favourite biller before this. So need to remove???

better remove now because the contest start tomorrow

My understanding on the faq is from 16th-June if we remove then will disqualify
But if we have added before this, will our FAV consider a entry for this contest. let me read again

No. Any deletion of existing favourite biller and re-adding it will disqualify your entry.

Look carefully on last FAQ..winner prize will be credited to saving n current acct that used to take part in the contest. So if u use cc for payment, cannot win. Hahaha

i have M2U with my Maybank 2 Card(no saving account with Maybank) and wish to pay my UOB statement bill with this M2U.
