You cannot pay back your PTPTN loan using a credit card.

wonder what triggered them to auto increase CL?

Having your salary debited into your Maybank savings account probably triggered that biggrin.gif

Holychrist it's 2015 but still no way to reload tng online  rclxub.gif

I suspect it's because the balance is kept on the card itself. No way to update the balance without the machine, so that's why you don't have an online topup option.

Oh, didn't know about this before! Thank you smile.gif

Anyway, went to TreatsFair today around 12pm. The voucher collection queue was super duper long. Probably need to wait 1 hour+ to be served. I gave up and decided it wasn't worth my time rclxub.gif

Not sure why some people here seem to be so sensitive about people getting plat cards. If there are no downsides to owning a platinum card, then what's the problem if someone wants to get plat? This is different from the case for HLB Wise, which has a higher AF for platinum level.

Well, you applied it on a weekend, I presumed. And since you are rushing them to produce it within 90 minutes, you should expect them to have some hiccups here and there, no?

Heck, I donated a huge amount for MBB and they still take 1 day to get my card to me even though most people got it on the spot.

So take a chill pill, and enjoy the card.

If you activated the card via M2U, can immediately use already.

That's not the point of the complaint. The point is that what the Maybank staff told Yamy was wrong. If you order something at a restaurant and they say 15 minutes, of course you won't be happy if you end up having to wait 60 minutes for it.

@stormaker, yes. No need to bother about outstanding balance to avoid finance charges, just pay statement balance is enough.

@Yello_page, deadline is shown in your screenshot. Statement balance is card balance on statement date while outstanding balance is currently owed amount.

Just a heads up, correct way to tag is like this
