Dear all kindly advice for my case below
I purchase a TV from senQ online store on 13/4/15 , and pay using my Amex win a total RM2211 and the payment was success immediately .
On the same day , around 5pm , senQ called me and inform me the TV I ordered was out of stock, so I request for refund and they also agree . Their CS told me refund will take 1-2week time .
After 2 week , on 27/4/15, I called to Maybank and ask regarding the refund because I didn't saw any reverse charge on m2u statement . Maybank told me they didn't receive any refund on my card. I call back to senQ and ask about this, they ask me to wait 1 more week because already submit the related document to bank on 17/4/15.
Until yesterday 7/5/15, I check my m2u again and still no any refund yet. I call to Maybank again they said no received any refund too and ask me look for merchant .
I look for senQ cs again , they said will check with bank what is the problem and will update me again . But until today 8/5 no any call from senQ
Ahh, now I so scare la can't get my refund back . Already one month for this case . Is it really take that long to refund ? What can I do to let this process faster?
Best is to file a dispute. Fill up the form and send to Maybank. Any black and white from SenQ about the no stock/refund?
