Hm... i thought Vios/City usually can get 15-16km/litre? 13km/litre sounds really low, even my regular power-less Wira also get around there.

Now beat this, RM140 worth of V-Power only able to go roughly 650km for pure city driving(PJ-Puchong-occasional KL), BMW 328i(A), deadly petrol fees for a daily drive now sweat.gif Er... just to not inflict any confusion for the petrol consumption of the ride, it ain't stock, well, at least not on internals laugh.gif Highway driving is so much better though wink.gif

17" AC rims, Single AC output and a simple M3 kit, nothing to shout about from the outside, at least, for now tongue.gif

Anyway, thanks for the info, Jackie, didn;t know the Vtecs don't get as good a mileage, guess i would have to inform my friend who's tossing in between cars of sub-80k budget about this info then smile.gif

3.0litre NA inline 6 with 321hp

else if want a drift machine, get cefiro and transplant the RB25/26 into it
*
Exactly! I'm not into Eurasians(except girls laugh.gif) tongue.gif Anyway... wouldn't really bother about the M3's engine as the current engine capacity and also power output is way more than the M3's stock engine, hence the high FC sweat.gif

Actually my prefered drift machine is a Datsun 120Y B310 with SR20DE(no T, too overpowered for that small chassis), of course, with the chopped rear subframe, it won't be street legal anymore laugh.gif

Added on April 18, 2007, 7:01 pmpeel off, stick on onli right?
*
Yeap... peel off the brown paper at the back and stick on, but must clean the surface first la... use "spirit" or "fire alcohol" if direct translate from cantonese to wipe one time remove any oil residue first. Measure roughly before cutting then only you stick, it'll be really a b*tch to cut after sticking or while sticking. Use the back of your screwdriver to rub all over the surface after sticking to make sure the mat sticks on nicely. No heatgun required, don't worry. biggrin.gif

how much is the raammat?
i wanna sound proof firewall unsure.gif

Check my thread for details, don't want later say self pimping here tongue.gif But best if you could measure roughly how much you need first.

what can be done to minimize tyre roar unsure.gif

underbody coating useful ar?
*
Not too sure where tog et underbody coating(3M ones) here in Malaysia, but the best would be undercoating + dampener(like RAAMmat) + thick felt material(i find them to work best compared to insuflex, BUT, they do take in water, so i only place them on the floors) Another option is like louyeh mentioned, change to quieter tyres, though so far my only "quiet" tyre were the Falken ST115s, the Michelin XM-1 doesn't seem to quiet down to me.

ST115 quiet? O.o most autoworld forumers complain that its noisy sweat.gif
*
Hm... to me, it's quiet, maybe i'm more towards performance tyres tongue.gif It's the quietest amongst them and still provide very decent grip(i tend to find it grippier than the ES100 for the same size)

kev, add me in MSN if you need help for the RAAMmat ya wink.gif

BTW, i was wondering, given the same price, and also slightly difference from the original tinting package of mine, which will you go for?

Original package is:

Front, side, and back 69% IRR(Infra Red Rejection)

But if i top up slightly more, i have the choice of(for the same price) the following:

Front = 88%; side and back = 69%

or

Front = 69%; side and back = 80%

The difference(rated) is the different IRR

Comments anyone? biggrin.gif
