first time kosmo gave me excuse that their account with their parts distributer was suspended cause over credit limit..
i was like WTF... like that also can...
after that, they just kept saying they'd call back, which of course, they didn't and i had to call back with a nasty tone... and even then they still not doing anything...
one day i called, the guy said he'll call me back.. so i asked for his name la.. 30 minutes later, i called, and guess what ? sudah balik..

bearbear, i rather claim in one week and change few months after that than never getting mine

tried calling honda malaysia hotline and tell them your predicament with kosmokars? ask if HM will take full responsibility if your brakes fail? say you're recording the conversation

haha.. usually these caller supports will have their own conversation recordings as well, but no harm giving them a piece of your mind.. after all, you are their customer and their warranty covers such defects.. whatmore when it's brakes that we're talking about which involves the safety of passengers/driver are utmost important..
